Esophageal Varice with Erosions and Stomach Ulcer

A photograph of a flexible endoscopeEndoscope
It is not frequent to get a few findings in one patient during an endoscopy; esophageal erosion, esophageal varice, stomach ulcer and duodenitis. Esophageal varices are seen frequently as a consequence of cirrhosis of liver followed by portal hypertension. Erosions and ulcers are features of acid peptic disease. The video having these findings can be watched here from my Youtube account.
