URINARY BLADDER DRAINAGE

Sometimes it is required to drain the urinery bladder through a created openingin the lower abdomen called siprapubic cystostomy by a tube called catheter .That has to be changed at least in every 21days if continuous drainage is required otherwise concretions get deposited on the portion of catheter that is inside the bladder rendering it blocked and difficult to remove.
