We in orissa are time and again hit by cylcones,tornadoes and floods.Many lives are lost and loss of wealth is a lot.The mantal as well as physical health are deranged sometimes beyond recovery. But our Govt perhaps does not understand this.It is leanrt from "The Times of India"that there is no modern gadgets in meteorological dept. And modern radar stations are under construction.We experienced 1999 supercyclone and yet did not learn much.How long actually it will take for the modernisation of met. dept?Are we not in a sorry state of affair?http://myspace.com/461143721
