EXERCISES FOR OSTEOARTHROSIS OF KNEE.

Osteoarthrosis of knee is essentially an out come of age related wear and tear of the soft joint material called cartilage.Added to it are weight gain, sports or plays putting stress on the on the joint and sedentary life style work as ghee in fire. Some simple exercises can be practiced to remain fit.
Swimming,stationary or outdoor bicycling,quadriceps exercise,Stretching exercises and light walking are by far the good ones.Along with it weight reduction and sports that put stress and strain on the joint to be avoided.
