Image Paracetamol FDA panel backs infant doses for kids' Tylenol(AP) -- Federal health experts say dosing instructions for children younger than 2 years old should be added to Children's Tylenol and similar products containing acetaminophen, the popular pain reliever and fever reducer.
Prolonged and over use of Acetaminophen has been linked to serious side effects like liver problem and initiating certain blood cancers ; in addition to common side effects of gastrointestinal upset.
