Exercise for those pursuing sedentary life style especially after 35yrs of age is a must to keep them in good shape and prevent lots of diseases.The diseases progress as a chain reaction i.e. obesity~diabetes~hypertension~kidney diseases~eye diseases and so on and so forth. Amongst exercises of various types brisk walk is very much accepted and recommended. A brisk walk means speed of at least 7-8 kms/hr and for at least 45 minutes for 5days in a week.Researchers say that this exercise tunes up all most all the muscles of body ,cardiovascular system .If a little diet modification is added ,it works wonder by making one very much trimmed and fit.Researchers say it reduces/prevents weight gain ,diabetes,hypertension and boosts body defense system.So why not to spare some time in keeping oneself healthy and away from doctors.
