Thread worm infestation

Thread worm infestation is a menace in a few countries like ours India .It mainly infests the intestine of children .The root of infestation is through oral in take of food and drink contaminated with it's egg.The worm develops and remains in the intestine only to come out to anal region to lay eggs at night. That in is why it gives an itching sensation at night and contaminates inner wear. The special thing about it's treatment is to wash the garments in hot water or hot press next day of taking drugs for it. I think a very few doctors/pharmacists give this follow up advice and it is essential.
