Offline Message While Dailling to Connect Broadband over PPPOE

Image via WikipediaA message, "Offline" received after dialing DSL over PPPOE while trying to connect to BSNL service of Internet is noticed.
In this case a search in made to find the LAN icon in the notification area of task bar; right corner of the window. That was missing.
This tells something wrong in network connectivity. To correct the problem one has to go the control panel of computer from start; left lower corner of task bar. There 'network and internet connection has to be clicked'; after that;'Internet connectivity'.
There LAN connection has to be seen, which might have been disabled. If it has been disabled inadvertently, right click over that and clicking enable option solves the problem.
